he female vagina is an acidic dark
and moist organ, so bacterial and fungal infections are quite common
for this organ. Once a month, a female bleeds on her period, yet there
are times where it does not regulate and the bleeding is irregular.
There is much to be done in order to maintain a healthy vagina. Here are a few tips to help you out.
1. Wear cotton underwear as it absorbs moisture and make it harder for infection to take place.
2. Shave or wax your vagina and keep it clean as hair down there is harder to keep clean.
3. Wash your vagina at least once a day with a soap with the right PH level. Normal soaps are like food for Fungi.
4. There is a migration of
Escherichia coli (Better known as E-coli) bacteria from the rectum to
the vagina and it causes Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) , So wash the
butt the best you can.
5. Keep the perineum ,the part between the anus and the vagina, clean as it is the bridge that connects the two.
6. When you are washing your vagina -
make sure you move the folds of skin and clean in the Labium minorum,
Urethral opening, Clitoral hoodand the Clitoris.
7. Normally, vaginal pH is about 3.8 to 4.5 so make sure your soap is mild and is around this level.
